    I can't wait for someone to file a case against you guys for illegal detainment forcing your employees to work over time! From what employees had said, your gaurds are instructed to stop any employee from leaving. Hahahaha. You guys have the worse reputation compared to any BPO in Cebu!

    I've worked with 2 BPO companies and let me tell you this. It's survival of the fittest. Lalo na pag agent role. being 10+ years as an agent is nothing to be proud of.

    I think to a Newbie CCA a bit nervous beginner for 2weeks to 1 month may experienced this kind of response out of 2nd thought. I think she have to ask the Volume setting on the CP device after paiing on it or check the signal and the insertion on female pin inside the Cellpone too.. i just thought guess then😊🤞

    This call center in the Philippines is displacing a large number of American laborers. It is advantageous for the Philippine economy but not necessarily for the American economy, so it would be preferable for the American government to cease these types of business arrangements and transactions.
